More Examples of Government Cruelty to Animals

On September 14, 2012, in Uncategorized, by Chris Becker

Earlier this year, 3,000 chickens part of a government programme were euthanased because they were eating each other for survival. They were not being fed by the government caretakers.

Now, nearly a 100 cattle (half of them pregnant) have been found starving to death. They were also part of government projects, one in Mpumalanga and the other in Limpopo. MECs are being criminally charged by the SPCA and Highveld Animal Protection Society.

My thoughts on this and how it highlights the cruel, inhumane, and decivilising economic system called socialism, here.

Sure, the difference is that when people own private property and they make mistakes, they suffer losses and their assets are transferred to more able and brighter individuals. When a government makes mistakes they end up stealing more from the private sector to pay for the mistakes.
